Terms and Conditions

I understand and agree that:

1. The DigestionReadyTM programme is an educational programme for my information and learning only.

2. I understand that all materials and knowledge, including audios, videos and written materials are copyrighted by Dr David Lovell-Smith and may not be reproduced, replayed (outside of my private viewing) or distributed without the written consent of Dr Lovell-Smith.

3. I will not become a patient of Dr David Lovell-Smith as a result of this programme. No doctor-patient relationship is implied or created by my participation in this programme. This course is not a replacement for medical advice I receive from my health care provider.

4. If I have a medical condition or take prescribed medications, I will consult with my personal physician before making any changes in diet, lifestyle or supplements that are mentioned in this programme. I understand that I am not receiving medical advice.  I agree to consult my health care provider regarding any questions I have about my medical condition and treatment.

5. Undergoing any medical testing described in this programme is my personal choice and responsibility and not a prescription by Dr Lovell-Smith. I take full responsibility for all consequences, including but not limited to, physical, medical and psychological consequence, of any testing that I undergo arising out of or relating to this programme. Unless I have a specific medical condition, for which I will consult my usual health care provider, I understand that undergoing medical testing is not necessary for participation in this educational programme about optimising digestion.

6. Dr Lovell-Smith has not examined me, nor has he detailed knowledge of my medical history. As a result, Dr Lovell-Smith has not made any recommendations based on my particular condition.  Dr Lovell-Smith is not prescribing or recommending that I take any supplements, herbs, foods, or spices, or make any dietary changes or other lifestyle modifications mentioned in this programme, based on my particular condition.  Any recommendations are for general educational purposes only. I take full responsibility for all consequences, including but not limited to physical, medical and psychological consequences, resulting from any dietary or lifestyle modifications I may choose to adopt during or as a result of this programme.

7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the maximum liability of Dr Lovell-Smith arising out of or relating to the programme and Dr Lovell-Smith’s recommendations is payment of an amount equal to two times (200% of) the programme fee.

8. Dr Lovell-Smith is available to answer questions only during the Live Webinar Sessions. In addition, his office staff is unable to provide support for content-related participant questions that arise during the programme, other than ensuring their access to the online materials.

9. Dr Lovell-Smith and his supporting staff will collect personal information from me, including information about my:

• name

• contact information

• interactions with the programme

• billing or purchase information

• medical information

​       My personal information is collected in order to:    

• provide me with the programme

• provide me with useful information about my health

  10. I understand this programme carries a 2 full weeks money-back guarantee (from time of purchase), minus          a 7% credit card processing fee.) Refunds will be processed through the same method as payment was                  made unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.

   11. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the programme will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand                   under the internal laws of New Zealand.
